Ananda Matthur joined Urban Company's marketplace vertical as the VP of Engineering on 15th September. In his new role, Ananda is responsible for ensuring the best match experience for customers and the firm's partners. Right from pairing a customer request to a suitable partner, to ensuring a smooth fulfilment experience, Ananda's role involves complex technical decision-making, scaling for a strong tech platform and ensuring the products are designed with maximum flexibility.
