Problem Statement

CodeRabbit needed a Head of Engineering to spearhead its India operations. This critical role required a leader who could build and scale a high-performing team, develop a robust technology roadmap, and align engineering efforts with global business objectives. The position demanded a unique combination of technical expertise, startup experience, and team-building capabilities, making the search challenging and crucial for CodeRabbit’s growth trajectory.

Execution & Solution

Purple Quarter undertook an extensive search to fulfil CodeRabbit’s requirements for the head of Engineering role. The team meticulously evaluated candidates against critical criteria, including expertise in scaling teams from scratch, building high-growth engineering cultures, and driving technology aligned with business needs.
